I have only seen a playthrough of DMC, or the newest one. Practically all information I have of characters in the older games are from other people online.
I do like both designs of Vergil (but Nazis have to stop me from liking anything, dangit) (DMC Vergil's collar is also ridiculous), but I really dislike his personality in the new game. For me, Vergil would have been almost perfect if he had the new design and the old Vergil's personality.
